Goals x Design partners with K-12 school leaders, administrators, and educators to build a clear, confident approach to artificial intelligence. We use the research-backed PROSPER / PREPARE / PROTECT framework to evaluate where your school currently stands and what steps will move you forward — strategically and safely.

Our Services

  • Free AI Readiness Assessment — A research-based diagnostic that scores your school across six dimensions: Technical, Adoption, Pedagogical, Capacity, Protection, and Equity. Receive a personalised report with your classification and next steps.
  • AI by Design (educator workshop) — A hands-on professional development session that builds practical AI literacy for classroom teachers. Covers ethical use, prompt design, and curriculum-aligned AI integration.
  • School by Design (leadership session) — A strategic workshop for school administrators and leadership teams. Covers AI governance, policy development, staff readiness planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Full Institutional Report ($49) — A detailed, AI-generated report based on your assessment results with pillar-by-pillar recommendations, peer benchmarking, and a prioritised action roadmap.

The PROSPER / PREPARE / PROTECT Framework

Our assessment framework is built on three pillars that reflect the full scope of institutional AI readiness:

Assessment Classifications

Schools are classified into one of five ranges based on their assessment score:
